Brand Curry is an American bodybuilder who compete in heavyweight category. Brandon Curry currently is Mr.Olympia 2019 he bet William Bonac in Mr. Olympia 2019.

Nowadays, we are quarantined at home so it disturbs our routine
very much.
I have an idea about home-based Exercises for fitness lovers.
How are they during quarantine and do their exercises at home
easily ?


1 -    Alternative Jump Squats
2 -   Push Ups
3 -   Bent Over Rowing
4 -   Single Arm Overhead Press
5 -   Single Arm Bicep  Curls
6 -   Over Head Triceps Extensions 
7 -    Abdominal Crunches
8 -   Leg Raises 
9 -   30 Seconds Work
10 -  10 Seconds  Rest

Squats are fully simple exercise, which does not need any equipment. 

You do anywhere any time Jump Squats, numbers of squats depend on your own body
weight and energy.
 if you do not understand numbers of jump squats, so do 3-5 sets of 10-12 raps. 

2 -   Push Ups
Push-ups are fully simple and effective exercise. Who wants to do it?
 It can do them anywhere and anytime, without any kind of equipment and get very well
results for muscle building and weight loss.

You do anywhere any time Push-Ups , numbers of squats depend on your own body weight and energy.

can use any kind of weight which is easily available at home and do your exercise.

5 -   Single Arm Bicep  Curls
Single Arm Bicep curls easy to do like Single Arm Overhead press which does not need
any Equipment.

worry, we are at home and I have a solution for OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSIONS  at home.
You can use any kind of weight which is easily available at home and do your exercise.
You do anywhere any time Over Head Tricep Extensions , numbers of  sets depend on
your own body weight and energy.
 if you do not understand numbers of Over Head Tricep Extensions, so do 3-5 sets of
10-12 raps. 

7 -    Abdominal Crunches
Abdominal Crunches exercise count in a list of which are the base of muscle building
and weight lose.
It is  most effective and important Exercise, Which no need of any kind of
equipment 
You do anywhere any time Abdominal Crunches , numbers of  sets depend on your
own body weight and energy. if you do not understand numbers of Sets, so do 3-5 sets
of 10-12 raps. 

8 -   Leg Raises 
Leg Raises is an exercise which does not need any equipment and you do it anywhere
and anytime, you get very good results in a short time period.

depend on your own body weight and energy.

9 -   45-60 Seconds work

10 -  10 Seconds  Rest
Rest is very important in a workout if you don’t take rest you will get tired soon.

A large hard boiled egg contain calories and several important nutritious like 

  • Vitamin D, which promotes bones and its very essential for immune function.
  • Choline,  which boost the metabolism and helps in development  of fetal brain.
  •   Lutein and Zeaxanthin, which are antioxidants  that is essential for eyesight. 
 The simplest way to lose weight is to burn calories in your body so the egg diet is the best way to lose your weight without any workout. One large contain about 78 calories, yet its high nutrient. An egg meal commonly consist of 2-3 eggs. Three hard boiled eggs contain about 240 calories, adding a cup of boiled vegetable contain 274 calories and that is the perfect diet for weight loss.

However, cooking egg in oil and butter increase caloric and fat in the body. One table spoon  oil contain about 119 calories which is harmful for health.

  • A man requires 56 grams protein per day.
  • A woman requires 46 grams protein per day.

Eating a protein-rich breakfast increases a  person's  satiety, which is the feeling of fullness. How many eggs should a person eat?
