Big Ramy is looking more sharped and pealed in 2022. I think he has potential to win Mr. Olympia in 2022. Big Ramy is doing training with Dennis James in Dubai. 

Big Ramy said in a podcast, he didn't take any cheat meal since last year after winning Mr. Olympia 2021.

Big Ramy can win Mr. Olympia 2022 after defeating Brandon Curry, Andrew Jacked, Nick Walker, Hunter Labrada, and Hadi Chopaan.

Big Ramy is now 38 years old. Big Ramy can be retired after this Mr. Olympia 2022, but these are speculations. He didn't confirm to retire after 2022 Mr. Olympia.
